THE SHIPPING PROCESS
Successful orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) as long as there aren’t any identified issues. We’re working around the clock to get your orders to you asap.
Once your order has been processed on our end, you’ll receive an email from us confirming your order is on its way. We’ll provide you with your order details and your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the designated tracking portal on our website here.

- All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
- Some countries outside of Australia, USA, UK and the European Union (EU) may be subject to additional customs & import fees.

If you’re facing issues with your order, don’t worry. We’ll always work with you to best recover your order. Before you start to fret, please be aware of the following:
- Listed order times do not account for processing and dispatch times, which can take up to an additional 3 days;
- Delays can be expected during peak delivery periods (such as during the Christmas period) and public holidays. In such cases, please account for at most double the listed time;
- If you’ve selected tracked shipping, you can follow the progress of your parcel by entering the tracking number supplied with your shipping confirmation via our tracking portal.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time-frame – even after accounting for any of the above circumstances, please contact Posture Pilot Customer Support or by emailing support@posturepilot.com. We’ll be happy to help you recover your order.
