THE BASICS
Posture Pilot always aims to have an inventory surplus for our products, however from time to time demand can outstrip supply. If an item is unavailable, it will be displayed with an “Out of Stock” badge on the Shop page and Product page.
We are aware of such instances and you can rest assured we are already working behind the scenes to replenish our inventory. New stock will be made available in the coming days, and you’ll be able to add to cart. At this stage Posture Pilot does not support back-orders.
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, however the time it takes will depend on your geographic location.
Generally, orders with standard shipping are delivered within 7-30 business days and express shipping orders should arrive within 1-6 business days.

Although we consider every opportunity to make our products easily available to our customers, the Posture Pilot website is still the best place to source your favorite Posture Pilot products. After you’ve successfully submitted your order, we’ll send you the order confirmation to the email address supplied. You’ll also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once we’ve processed your order and prepared it for shipment.

Our orders ship directly out of our Posture Pilot warehouse or one of our local partnered fulfilment centres. Depending on your geographic location your order will be processed by the closest facility with available stock. In doing so we’re able to get your order to you faster.
Posture Pilot is a wholly owned Australian company and maintains fulfilment partnerships with facilities in China, France, Spain, Russia and the US.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We’ll send you confirmation of your order as soon as we receive it. We’ll then start preparing your order asap. Please be aware processing your order may take up to 72 hours during peak times.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched on our end, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via our tracking portal.
Our delivery costs are the lowest we’re able to supply. Shipping rates depend on your geographic location. This rate is indicated at Checkout under “Shipping Cost”.
Every now and then we like to thank our customers by offering free shipping. If you notice free shipping is available – act quick! This only lasts for a limited time.

We try to get all orders processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Please be aware delays can be expected during peak delivery periods (such as during the Christmas period) and public holidays. In such cases, please account for at most double the listed time. Listed times do not include order processing, which can take up to 72 hours. We thank you for your patience.
All successful orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days as long as there aren’t any identified issues. All orders are processed from our Australian warehouse or via our closest fulfilment partner with available stock.
Once your order has been prepared (processed), we will have one of our reliable couriers pick it up from our warehouse and deliver the order to your door. For overseas orders, our closest fulfilment partner will dispatch your order to your national carrier, who’ll then be able to deliver your order to your address.
Your order should arrive well within the time-frame listed for your geographic location. You can track the progress of your order anytime (after processing) using the tracking number provided with your shipping confirmation here.
Once we’ve dispatched your order you’ll be provided with a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

For both domestic and international orders you will receive an email when your order is received (order confirmation), and a separate email once your order has been dispatched (shipment confirmation). Your shipment confirmation will contain your tracking number whereby you’ll be able to track your parcel online.

Every effort is made to ensure all orders are processed and shipped promptly. However shipping delays and/or and public holidays may make your order arrive later than expected.
Our expected shipping times can be found here – though sometimes it is faster and on occasion a bit longer depending on your final destination. Shipping times are exclusive of processing, which can take up to a maximum of 3 business days.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time-frame please contact Posture Pilot Customer Support, quoting your order number and your tracking number. We will do our best to recover your order!
PAYMENT & CHECKOUT
Transactions can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. To ensure a successful purchase, please have your credit card information handy or your PayPal login details ready at check out.
If there’s a problem with your nominated payment method and payment cannot be processed, we will email you alerting you of the problem. If payment cannot be processed the next day your order will be automatically paused.
We recommend that you get in touch with your bank to find out more details about the failed transaction. If you wish to add or select a different payment method, you can update your payment details at checkout or via your My Account dashboard (members only).
If you’re having difficulty logging into your PayPal, or are experiencing issues completing your transaction with PayPal, you will need to get in touch with PayPal directly to get access to your account and banking details. This can be done via this link: https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/home
Otherwise you can continue with your purchase using your credit or debit card. Posture Pilot does not store any confidential information, and you are assured a completely safe transaction environment.

Absolutely not. Posture Pilot does not obscure any fees from our customers – and never will. All known costs are disclosed at checkout, including shipping costs and tax. You can always shop with confidence at Posture Pilot.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
For any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged, the option exists to replace or reimburse you for the item cost only. If you wish to return such a product, we request that you do so by following the instructions on our Customer Returns page.
Unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”.
All refunds will be independently assessed. This assessment will be as per statutory consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded.
At Posture Pilot we’re pretty confident in our products. In fact we’re so confident that if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase in the first 30 days, we’ll happily refund you, no questions asked – that’s our “Got Your Back” Guarantee.

Your Posture Pilot compression socks should fit snugly with moderate compression.
Our compression socks are designed to sit below the knee – providing relief to your feet and the entirety of your calves. Our S/M sizes measure 38cm (15″) from top to heel, and our L/XL offering measures 45cm (18″).
The socks can be lengthened when worn by evenly pulling on the top to sit higher. The high-quality spandex in our socks ensures they will not run down over the course of the day. For our shorter customers, the length can be adapted to fit as required by folding the top over and down.
You certainly can. We’ve carefully engineered our socks to bring you all the benefits of compression, yet work flawlessly as daily wear.
This comes down to the material composition which remains relatively light and thin, yet still provides amazing support and compression. From the outside, you won’t even notice the difference.
