Whoops! If there’s been an issue with your order our Got Your Back Guarantee covers you for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
If you’d like to return your purchase, you can start the process here. This page will provide you with all the information you need to get your return approved and your payment refunded promptly.

Ah that sucks! We don’t get many of these, but sometimes one or two slip through.
If you have received the incorrect item(s) or the item(s) you have received are faulty, please email support@posturepilot.com to let us know. We’ll work tirelessly to resolve this for you.

Our Got Your Back Guarantee ensures you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to make a return, just let us know and we’ll provide you a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. Our guarantee covers you up to 30 days from the date your order arrives at your address.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You can easily lodge your refund request by following the prompts below.
Customers are advised they will be responsible for shipping costs.
- Please download and complete a Returns Request Form.
- Email your returns form along with a photo of the products you are returning to support@posturepilot.com.
- Once approved, we’ll confirm with you the return address and you can start your returns process.
- Please ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined in the Return Conditions below.
- Please mark ‘Returned Items’ clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.
- Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
- Send a follow up email with your tracking information to support@posturepilot.com.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.

PLEASE ENSURE:
- The Return Request Form is completed and approved.
- Returns are whole and include original packaging (including all printed inserts, parts, and pieces).
- All return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
